About Jade Signature
The approval by Sunny Isles Beach's Commision on 1/9/13 of Fortune International's planned Jade Signature oceanfront condominium project signals the return of one of South Florida's most successful condominium brands.
Following in the development steps of Jade projects in Miami and Miami Beach, Jade Signature is designed by the world renowned architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron. The firm has won critical acclaim for various world-wide projects, including the Bird's Nest stadium built for the Olympics in China. Locally, they designed critically-acclaimed 1111 Lincoln Road mixed-use project on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach and designed the Perez Art Museum currently under construction (opening 12/2013) in Miami. Jade Signature will be the company's first residential project in Florida.
The planned 55-story Jade Signature is just south of Fortune's 2 recent and successful oceanfront projects - Jade Ocean and Jade Beach. The rough artist renderings shown above are the first versions of the proposed property. Updated artist renderings of the exterior and interiors are pending.
The Jade Signature Condominium will be in the shape of an eye appealing parallelogram. Much of the architectural articulation appears to happen near the bottom and top of the tower, with wide balconies for each of the approximately 200 luxury residences. A circular driveway circles into the ground, becoming a ramp for the underground parking garage, and a spacious and beautiful two-story lobby features three circular grand staircases.
Jade Signature will feature approximately 200 luxury residences from 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom condominium residences from 1,400 to 4,600 sq. ft. and a number of select luxury penthouse homes ranging in sizes from 6,000 to nearly 10,000 sq. ft. All residences feature 10 ft high ceilings (with penthouses featuring higher ceilings), also private entry lobbies for each residence and many more features to be announced.
